I had to sessions of counselling following the death of my husband I found the one to one sessions from a sympathetic and wise counsellor very valuable. I attended 3 sessions of the 'drops-in' group, but was not comfortable in an open meeting as I did not wish to discuss my recent bereavement with others who were recently bereaved. A more informal approachable to such sessions might be bettere.

My bereavement counselling from beginning was caring, compassionate and sympathetic to the way I was feeling. Delvise my counsellor was wonderful, and I would recommend her to anyone. As far as I am concerned no improvements could be made.
